How much ...
Once your brief is established we will quickly supply you with a written estimate, initially by email and followed up by a letter.
Most companies will have budgets in mind they want to work within. It is useful if you can let us know your budget from the outset. - COMMISSIONING THE WORK

GETTING STARTED ...
When you want to commission the work there will be a simple exchange of paperwork that formalises matters between you and us.
Your account will be set up and you will be allocated a dedicated account handler who will oversee your project from start to finish. - THE DESIGN PROCESS

Get Going ...
Your account handler will explain the design process in detail.
The project will be scheduled and you will be able to follow progress in real time via the secure Client Area on our website - COMPLETION

Job done ...
Towards the end of a project you will asked to formally sign-off the work. This is usually done using a secure on-line Approval Form.
Final outstanding accounts will need to be settled. Your project will be completed, digitally backed-up and filed.

For over 20 years our enthusiastic and talented team of web and graphic designers has continued to provide a dynamic design service to businesses of all sizes throughout Kent and beyond. We don't employ sales reps, make unsolicited sales calls or outsource design. The company recruits staff and purchases goods and services locally.Our commitment to the environment has resulted in the implementation of an Environmental Policy and involvement in a number of local countryside conservation initiatives.
For many years we have been proud to support the local charity Demelza House Children's Hospice.
The studio is based at historic Tonge Mill in Kent, a picturesque and peaceful setting which has proved an excellent working and meeting environment.
