Do you know when your domain name is up for renewal? Maybe it’s time you checked…
Some people forget that they don’t actually own their domain name. Domain names are rented for a period of one or two years, and if you forget to renew it the consequences for your business could be disastrous.  That’s why it’s essential that you recognise it’s your responsibility to keep track of when your domain names are due to be renewed. Put a reminder on your calendar at least a fortnight beforehand as well, to allow for the renewal process and payment collection to be completed. CS One sends out invoices and reminders two months in advance of the domain expiry date. We do this by email and by post – which means it’s important that you keep us fully up-to-date with your contact details.
